Trinidad town center

This city has been in the heart of the resistance to those against the Cuban revolution. When the US was looking at a place in Cuba to invade, the idea was to be as close as possible to Trinidad. The thought was to join forces with those in Trinidad before staging a revolution.

The city center (see below) is situated on a hillside.
