Local Transportation in Vinales

Horse and buggy is a major form of transport in Cuba. For a country where only 1 in 18 people have a car, you have to get around somehow. The roads have no shoulder, so driving on most of the roads means sharing the lane with a bunch of other folks using various mostly slower forms of transport.
