State operated rest stop for tourists

Romy and I share a refreshment as we take a break from our road trip to Las Pinas in the north. The state operated facilities such as rest stops and restaurants have served as the backbone for Cuban's to serve tourists. In the last several years, the Cuban government has made more of an effort to privatize these functions. The quality has improved greatly and so have the prices.
